Effective engagement is an integral part of the current narrative that exists in all areas of education – in terms of Pupil Engagement, Parent Engagement & Community Engagement. But what exactly is it, how can it be consistently delivered, how can it be systematically built into our school action plans and how can we assess its effectiveness?
At Kaizen, we have developed an approach that creates clarity about what engagement is and establishes best practice principles of how to deliver it. Our one-day workshop will introduce you to these concepts, as well as providing you with concrete models that will support you in planning and delivering successful engagement processes. Our models allow for a whole school understanding of the engagement process at the multiple layers in which it is used.
Our training course combines our knowledge of best practice frameworks with over 20 years’ experience of delivering engagement in the field of education and community. We have developed a rigorous approach that enables us to engage harder to reach groups and bridge cultural and generational divides.
Kaizen runs these free workshops as part of our ethos as a social enterprise committed to knowledge sharing.
